Ryan Yamin has been passionate about real estate from a young age. His hands-on journey began in 2013 with the purchase of his first multifamily property in downtown Troy, introducing him to property ownership and life as a landlord.
Now residing in Troy with his wife, Rosa, and their two children, Ryan is deeply rooted in the community and genuinely invested in the city he calls home. He has a true love for working with people and takes pride in guiding clients through the buying and selling process with care, clarity, and confidence. Through his experience as an owner and investor, Ryan understands not only how to evaluate a home, but how meaningful the journey is for the people involved.
Ryan officially began his career in real estate in March of 2019. Then in 2022 started Yamin Real Estate Group, his goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a seamless experience for every client—helping them make informed decisions and feel excited about what comes next.

April came to the Capital District from Long Island seven years ago to pursue her undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering at RPI. After living in both Troy and Albany, she has come to truly call this part of New York home.
She is deeply drawn to the region’s rich history, beautiful architecture, and strong sense of community—elements that make the Capital District such a special place to live. With a particular love for older homes full of character, April has a natural passion for architecture and design. A creative at heart, she enjoys imagining not just what a home is, but what it can become.
